3-Month Coordination Services
It’s a small world sometimes! Meaghan was previously a bridesmaid to one of my previous 2021 brides, and as soon as she got engaged her lovely mother contacted me and booked me for 3-Month Coordination. She remembered how I planned and executed Sarah’s day! As a gift for Meaghan and Renard, she knew they needed me. I truly was honoured to have a parent trust me as a gift for her child, this felt extra special! I stepped in to assist with logistics and organization around 4 months prior to the wedding. Making sure no details were missed by setting up meetings, ensuring vendors knew their roles and responsibilities for the big day was my priority.
The wedding was really special to me, again to see my past clients and their family. It brings such a flood of emotions to get to continue relationships! I knew both Meaghan and Renard had such demanding jobs! Because of this, I wanted to go over and above to ensure they didn’t deal with any stress leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, everyone noted how calm and relaxed Meaghan was and they attributed it to my presence (love you Meaghan!).
Black Tie, Black and White Decor
One King West is one of those truly elegant downtown Toronto venues whose opulence doesn’t need much dressing up. Every detail reflects elegance, refinement, and enduring style. We paired crisp white florals with sleek black linens and accents for a polished aesthetic. Moody candlelight, and refined décor created a warm, romantic atmosphere. Every design choice celebrated timeless beauty without feeling overly traditional.
Our goal was creating an unforgettable experience for the couple and their guests. Seamless coordination allowed everyone to enjoy every meaningful moment. This wedding proved classic elegance never goes out of style. When your coordinator truly has your back, your day feels truly seamless.
One of the highlights of the night was seeing Renard get to let loose on the dancefloor! He was singing his heart out with all his loved ones there to cheer and clap along!
