White Glove Coordination (3 month Coordination)

Samantha & Mario were a White Glove Coordination couple, meaning that starting 3 months from their wedding at Venu Event Space I was able to help them on their wedding planning journey! I initially met Samantha at one of my previous couples’ wedding as she was a bridesmaid! We connected then and when Samantha got engaged she knew who to call to help her with her big day! She did all the planning but I came in towards the end to help assist in helping them with design decisions, following up with vendors and ensuring the day was going to go smoothly. Samantha and I had a really deep connection and she felt like an friend for so many years so it made everything that much more special and fun!

Moody and Elegant Ballroom Wedding

From the moment guests walked in to the reception space they were greeted with an elevated and intentional layout to this wedding party. We designed the day around a moody and elegant aesthetic, layering soft blush and cream tones against dramatic black draping to create a look that felt both timeless and elevated. This kind of contrast that immediately draws you in and sets the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Florals were a major focus for this design. We used abundant blush and cream roses in full, lush draping arrangements that brought softness and romance into the space. These were paired with darker elements throughout the room to ground the look and give it that elevated, luxe feel. Every table and every detail was designed to feel cohesive and immersive.

The background draping completely transformed the interior. It added depth, drama, and a sense of intimacy that can be hard to achieve in larger venues. Combined with candlelight and carefully curated textures, the entire reception felt warm, refined, and beautifully layered. It was elegant without feeling too formal, and dramatic without ever feeling overwhelming. What made this wedding truly stand out was how seamlessly everything came together. The ceremony flowed effortlessly into the reception, and the design carried through every part of the experience. It felt polished, but still inviting. Elevated, but still personal. Exactly how I designed it.
