Elegant Black Tie Wedding at One King West | Riikka and Daniel

Day-Of Wedding Experience at One King West

On the wedding day, my focus was exactly where it needed to be. I made sure Daniel and the groomsmen were fully taken care of and supported before heading to Riikka and the bridesmaids, where things naturally get a little more lively.

While my team handled setting up all the reception details at One King West, I stayed hands-on, supporting Riikka and Daniel, managing the timeline, and working closely with their vendor team.

Even though the ceremony timing didn’t go exactly as planned (welcome to real weddings), everything flowed beautifully. After their historic ceremony at Knox College at the University of Toronto, the incredibly talented photo and video team at Everlasting Moments captured the most epic, fun-filled wedding photoshoot. Truly iconic!

When Riikka and Daniel finally saw the full reception setup, they were completely blown away…and seeing that reaction will never get old.
